The mixture of sand and water enters the heavy or light dewatering screen, and most of the medium and coarse sand passes through the dewatering screen, dehydrates, and is transported to the middle part of the dewatering screen. At the same time, due to buoyancy, most of the water and fine sand enter the water storage tank through the filter partition and are transported to the hydraulic cyclone by the slurry pump. The fine sand, after centrifugal classification and concentration, also enters the middle part of the heavy-duty dewatering screen through the sand outlet of the hydraulic cyclone. The coarse, medium, and fine sand undergo secondary dewatering in the dewatering screen, are mixed, and then sent to the belt conveyor at the dewatering screen outlet. The wastewater, mud, powder layer, impurities, etc. in the storage box are discharged through the overflow port of the cyclone.
