Three customized models of TYXC flip-flop screens have been successfully completed. Featuring differentiated structures and deck configurations respectively, the three units are engineered to resolve screen blinding issues of sticky wet gravel, raw coal, tailings and other problematic materials.
The equipment adopts an offset flip-flop structure consisting of elastic screen mats and frame, enabling high-frequency deformation of screen cloth to effectively prevent blinding caused by agglomerated wet fine powder. Constructed with thickened steel plates and fitted with matched damping springs, the machine delivers stable operation and long service life. Drawing on years of R&D experience in mineral screening equipment, we customize screen deck layers and aperture specifications based on raw material moisture content and throughput capacity, suitable for multiple applications including washed sand processing, coal slurry separation and tailings dry stacking.
