Workshop Equipment Test Record

Recently, the technical team of TYXC Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully completed the simulated working condition test of spiral chutes before delivery in the production workshop. Through rigorous factory acceptance tests, the team has built a solid quality guarantee for the stable commissioning of equipment for customers.

This test serves as a routine performance commissioning prior to equipment delivery. Following industrial standard specifications, technicians carried out full-process tests including complete machine assembly, detailed inspection and water-fed trial operation. Key indicators were verified repeatedly, such as the flow smoothness of the wear-resistant chute surface, the stability of the equipment frame and the operating status of material separation channels. Operating parameters were adjusted multiple times to fully validate the structural strength, wear resistance and operational stability of the spiral chute.
