Recently, the customized plate feeder of TYXC Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has finished overall assembly and factory inspection in the production workshop, marking its official completion and readiness for delivery.

Developed based on the company’s years of experience in manufacturing mining, sand and gravel environmental protection equipment, this plate feeder features an integrated frame welded with thickened section steel, equipped with wear-resistant load-bearing rollers and a high-strength traction structure. Boasting a sturdy and impact-resistant structure, it enables continuous and uniform feeding of heavy bulk materials such as mine stone, solid waste raw materials and sand & gravel aggregates. It supports installation under horizontal and inclined working conditions with stable feeding that prevents material spilling and leakage. Variable frequency speed regulation can flexibly match the feeding requirements of upstream crushing and screening processes.

The equipment is produced in strict accordance with standardized procedures, with multi-level quality inspection covering component processing, assembly and overall commissioning.
