Ore Dressing Site On-site Shooting

Recently, TYXC Environmental Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has completed a supporting project for the mineral processing production line of a small-scale gold mine and lead-zinc mine, with the spiral sand washer running stably on site as captured in real shots.

This project adopts our classic spiral sand washing equipment. Targeting the pain points of high mud content and mixed impurities in raw ore from gold and lead-zinc mines, it adopts the process of spiral blade pushing and stirring plus multi-stage water washing and desliming. The machine effectively strips mud and surrounding rock waste attached to ore surfaces to realize precise mineral separation and purification, greatly improving the raw material quality for subsequent flotation and mineral processing procedures.

The equipment is equipped with an extra-thick wear-resistant body and anti-abrasion spiral assembly, suitable for high-intensity continuous operation in mines. Featuring stable structure, easy maintenance and small footprint, it perfectly meets the production demands of small and medium-sized mines with limited space, fast commissioning and convenient operation & maintenance.
