Today, a customer delegation paid a special visit to the production base of TYXC Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The group toured standardized production workshops and observed the actual operating conditions of complete sets of equipment on site. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges and negotiations focusing on mine sand and aggregate production line layout, zero-emission environmental protection solutions, and the customized implementation of equipment products.
Accompanied and explained by our staff throughout the whole visit, the customer team entered the production workshop with full personal protective equipment (PPE) and inspected the whole technological processes including structural welding, precision machining and complete machine assembly in sequence. The inspection group examined the machining details of equipment up close. Our engineers elaborated on the core strengths of our products and demonstrated our strict quality control standards supported by three ISO management systems for production management and sample retention for full-process quality inspection. The well-organized production layout, standardized operation procedures and independent processing capacity of spare parts helped the customers gain a comprehensive understanding of TYXC’s solid hardware manufacturing foundation.
As the core part of this inspection, the customers proceeded to the equipment test area to witness the actual load trial operation of multiple flagship equipment models. They recorded on-site data including operating noise, processing capacity, finished material quality and energy consumption, and made comparisons with competing products available on the market, speaking highly of our equipment performance. Following the on-site tour, a special technical forum was held in the conference room. The customer elaborated on mineral material properties of their mining area, existing bottlenecks of current production lines, rectification requirements for environmental impact assessment (EIA) as well as future expansion plans. Drawing on years of practical project experience, our technical team provided customized complete equipment matching schemes, factory layout proposals, together with full-lifecycle service specifications covering installation, commissioning, after-sales maintenance and repair. The discussion proceeded in a harmonious atmosphere, and the two parties reached a preliminary letter of intent regarding equipment procurement and long-term strategic cooperation.
