Successful Equipment Trial Run｜Dewatering Bucket Elevator Passes Inspection

Recently, the customized dewatering bucket elevator has completed full‑unit assembly in the workshop of Sichuan Tengyu Xinchuang Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. A complete pre‑delivery trial test was successfully carried out. All operating indicators meet the standards, and the equipment will soon be shipped to the customer’s project site.

The dewatering bucket elevator serves as core conveying‑dewatering equipment for wet mineral processing, sand washing and coal washing processes. It integrates material lifting and solid‑liquid dewatering functions. Adopting heavy‑duty chain‑bucket structure, the buckets scoop up wet materials during operation. Water and sludge are drained off in the lifting‑conveying section, effectively reducing material moisture content and simplifying downstream production procedures. Its robust all‑steel frame adapts to heavy‑load, high‑humidity complex working conditions in mineral washing plants, featuring stable reliable operation and easy maintenance.

Prior to delivery, the technical team conducted item‑by‑item commissioning and inspection covering the complete transmission system, chain‑bucket operation, frame structure, motor drive and dewatering performance in strict accordance with factory acceptance standards. Through continuous no‑load and simulated loaded trial runs, the equipment runs smoothly without jamming or abnormal noise. Both dewatering and conveying performance comply with design specifications. All inspection items are qualified and the equipment is ready for shipment.
