TYXC Technical Team Conducts On‑site Return Visit and Communication with Customers

To effectively ensure stable equipment operation and explore customers’ practical production requirements, the technical service team of TYXC Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. traveled to the customer’s production site to carry out equipment return‑visit inspection, fault troubleshooting & maintenance, and special technical exchanges.

Upon arriving at the production plant, technicians went deep into the front‑line production site and performed a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the complete set of mineral processing and screening equipment. In accordance with equipment operating conditions, key components including transmission systems, vibrating parts and lubrication mechanisms were emphatically checked for performance. Potential equipment risks were carefully identified. Commissioning and maintenance were completed for practical on‑site issues to guarantee efficient and reliable operation of the whole production line.

At the site, the technical team held in‑depth technical discussions with the customer’s production and operation‑maintenance staff. Taking into account the customer’s ore material characteristics and actual capacity targets, they explained key points of daily equipment maintenance, specifications for wearing‑part replacement and optimized operation skills. The team carefully listened to production‑related difficulties raised by the customer, answered questions on equipment operation & maintenance, shared practical experience, and helped on‑site operators improve their equipment maintenance capabilities.
