The technical team of TYXC went deep into the customer site for on-site investigation to empower the optimization of the sand and gravel production line.

The technical service team of TYXC Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. traveled to the customer’s production site to conduct on-site inspections and technical research on the sand, gravel, crushing and screening production line.

Technicians went deep into the frontline workshop, carefully checked the operating conditions of the complete set of crushing, screening and conveying equipment, observed the whole process of stone feeding, crushing, screening and transportation on site, recorded the current operating parameters of equipment, material characteristics and difficulties of on-site working conditions, and carefully checked for potential problems in the production process. The team held face-to-face communications with the customer’s on-site management and operating technicians, listened to the pain points and demands in production. Targeting requirements such as capacity improvement, equipment maintenance and optimization of finished aggregate shape, the team discussed suitable technical solutions and maintenance suggestions on site.
