Custom Linear Vibrating Screens Production Completed, Ready for Shipment!

The custom linear vibrating screens manufactured by TYXC Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for the customer have entered the final stage of production.

Inside the production workshop, the main frames and vibration excitation components of multiple linear vibrating screens have been fully assembled. Core procedures including structural welding, spindle and bearing assembly installation have been successfully finished. At present, only two procedures remain: screen mesh installation and overall machine painting. The equipment will be loaded and shipped to the customer’s project site once inspection is passed.

This custom linear vibrating screen adopts a riveted and welded structure of high-strength steel plate. It features stable operation and large processing capacity. It is widely used for material classification and dewatering in sand and aggregate, mineral processing, tailings dewatering and other operations, adapting to on-site working conditions.
