TYXC Technical Team Conducts On-site Inspection of Kaolin Washing & Sand Production Line

This week, the technical team of TYXC Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. traveled to the customer’s kaolin washing and sand production line project site for on-site inspection and technical coordination.

The technicians went deep into the production site to carefully check the operating conditions of the complete set of washing and separating equipment. They focused on the on-site verification of vibrating dewatering screens, slurry storage tanks, pipeline transportation and supporting separation systems. The team gained an in-depth understanding of kaolin raw material properties, production line capacity, sludge treatment and finished product index requirements. In view of the site layout, coordinated operation of equipment and difficulties in production operation and maintenance, the team held in-depth exchanges with the customer’s technical person-in-charge, collected first-hand on-site data, optimized the supporting process scheme and checked for potential operational risks.
