Scope of Application and Advantages


TX-SL hydraulic cyclones are mainly used for desliming operations of various metal ores and non-metallic slurries.

On the basis of absorbing excellent foreign achievements, the TX-SL high-efficiency desliming cyclone has been designed and produced after several years of practice to determine the proportion and coordination of the main components of the high-efficiency hydraulic cyclone. The high-efficiency desliming cyclone has the advantages of high desliming efficiency, low loss of useful minerals, cost savings for users, and improved production efficiency.



Material


The wear-resistant layer of the inner lining of the hydraulic flow device can be made of materials such as corundum, high wear-resistant rubber, composite ceramics, ceramic composite materials, polyurethane, etc. according to different material characteristics and working conditions. According to the on-site needs, different materials of wear-resistant lining layers can be used in different parts of a cyclone according to the wear resistance requirements of each component in the cyclone structure, in order to increase the overall service life of the cyclone. Simultaneously maintaining the shape and size of the internal flow channel of the cyclone for a longer period of time, thereby maintaining stable classification efficiency and accuracy.



Working Principle


As a common separation and classification equipment, the working principle of a hydraulic cyclone is centrifugal settling. When the two-phase (or three-phase) mixture to be separated enters the cyclone at a certain pressure from the feeding port, it generates a strong three-dimensional elliptical strong rotational shear cyclone flow. Due to the particle size difference (or density difference) between coarse particles (or heavy phase) and fine particles (or light phase), most of the coarse particles (or heavy phase) spiral down to the bottom under the action of centrifugal force, centripetal force, buoyancy, fluid resistance, etc., and are discharged from the sedimentation port as sediment. Fine particles (light phase) form an internal spiral mineral flow in the center and move upward as overflow, which is discharged from the overflow pipe.
