This equipment has a particularly obvious cleaning effect on materials with high mud content and low viscosity. The washed finished sand has high cleanliness, less loss of fine sand, and large processing capacity. At the same time, it adopts hydraulic cyclone separation technology to thoroughly remove impurities such as silt and clay in the mud and sand, and to maximize the recovery of lost fine sand. This equipment improves the quality of washed sand and achieves a reasonable combination of coarse and fine sand grading.

Working principle


1. The sand water mixture enters The sand washing water tank of the wheel bucket is driven by a motor to start rotating, and the digging bucket in the water tank is lifted and separated into sand and water through the digging bucket screen, and then enters the second water wheel for washing;
