Product Introduction

It controls the moisture content of the finished sand, has high sand washing cleanliness, minimal loss of fine sand, and large processing capacity. At the same time, it adopts hydraulic cyclone separation technology to completely remove impurities such as silt and clay in the mud and sand, and recover lost fine sand as much as possible. Equipment Composition

It consists of wheeled sand washing, high-frequency linear vibration dewatering screen, high-efficiency hydraulic cyclone, electric slurry pump, wear-resistant rubber pipeline, and lined polyurethane elbow and other components.

Working Principle

(1) The sand water mixture enters the cleaning box and is separated by a wheel bucket sand water separator; Then enter the high-frequency linear vibrating screen dehydration screen for dehydration treatment;

(2) The wastewater overflowing from the cleaning box (containing a large amount of impurities such as fine sand, mud, dust, etc.) is transported to an efficient hydraulic cyclone through a slurry pump, and then the fine sand is centrifuged, graded, and concentrated. The fine sand is discharged into the wheel bucket sand washing hopper through a settling nozzle, and then mixed with coarse, medium, and fine sand in the digging hopper of the wheel bucket sand washing equipment through the settling nozzle of the cyclone for dehydration treatment. This can fully ensure that the coarse and fine sand of the finished product is evenly matched and reasonable, and the fine sand that can be completely recovered is problematic. The quality of the finished sand is higher, the particle size distribution is more uniform, and the finished sand is cleaner;

(3) The wastewater, mud, dust, impurities, etc. inside the cleaning box are discharged into the next stage of the sewage treatment system through the overflow port of the high-efficiency hydraulic cyclone group; At the same time, different product structures can be designed according to the customer's requirements for raw material properties.
