XZK linear vibrating screen is a new series of vibrating screens developed based on China's production needs, digesting and absorbing technology from the United States and Germany, and combining market demand. It can be used in assembly lines to achieve automated operations. Widely used in industries such as coal, metallurgy, power, building materials, etc., for dry wet classification or dehydration, desliming, and media removal of medium and fine-grained materials.
The XZK linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When the two motors rotate synchronously and in reverse, the excitation force generated by their eccentric blocks cancels each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and forms a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of excitation force and material self gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and undergoes a jumping forward linear motion, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material. It can be used for automated operations in assembly lines. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, and fully enclosed structure without dust spillage.
1. Using an eccentric block or eccentric exciter as the excitation force, the excitation force is strong.
2. The sieve box and sieve box holes are laser cut as a whole, and the sieve box is bent without any welding to avoid the risk of cracking caused by welding stress.
3. The crossbeam of the sieve and the sieve box are connected by high-strength bolts without joints.
4. The screening machine support adopts rubber springs with higher cost, which have the characteristics of longer service life, corrosion resistance, smooth operation, low noise, and less impact on the foundation compared to metal springs.
5. Using flexible couplings for smooth operation.
6. Using two lubrication methods of thin oil lubrication to Bearings are durable and long-lasting.
7. The screen adopts polyurethane screen, which is durable and has low wear and tear, and easy to maintain and replace.
8. Through years of production practice, it has been proven that this series of screening machines has a series of advantages such as high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, long service life, high structural strength, high stiffness, high degree of serialization, generalization, standardization, and easy maintenance and repair.
