1. Holiday Arrangement
Holiday Period: Friday, May 1 to Sunday, May 3, 2026, totaling 3 days
Resumption of Work: Office resumes normal operations at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 4, 2026.
During the holiday, the company's administrative, production, shipping and other departments will be on scheduled leave. All production and services will be fully resumed after the holiday, and we will promptly advance all orders and cooperation matters.
2. Holiday Service Guarantee
To ensure your business proceeds without interruption, we have made comprehensive preparations in advance:
Orders & Production Schedule: All scheduled production orders have been overall planned before the holiday. Core production procedures will be maintained as planned for key projects during the holiday. We will update you with the latest order progress promptly after resuming work.
Emergency Support: Should you have any urgent matters or unexpected demands during the holiday, please contact your dedicated account manager directly. We will respond promptly to ensure steady progress of your projects.
Post-Holiday Resumption Arrangement: After resuming work on May 4, we will give priority to replying to inquiries and processing orders received during the holiday, and follow up on all your needs in a timely manner to ensure a smooth connection of all cooperation procedures.
