Anti-clogging Screening Test for Wet Materials — TYXC Proves Its Strength with Actual Performance

Recently, TYXC Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. received wet material samples sent by a customer. Targeting the pain points of easy screen mesh clogging and poor screening efficiency during the screening process, we carried out a special screening, percolation and anti-clogging test.

At the test site, the screen mesh operated stably with the equipment running. Wet materials were rapidly dispersed on the screen surface, fine materials passed through the mesh smoothly, and coarse materials were discharged in an orderly manner. No obvious mesh clogging or mesh blinding occurred throughout the whole process. The test results have verified the stability of our anti-clogging screening equipment under high-humidity working conditions, and also provided a reliable basis for customers' on-site application.
