Working principle

The working principle of the dual axis circular vibrating screen is based on the vibration effect of the dual axis exciter. When the motor drives the dual axis exciter to rotate through the coupling, the centrifugal force generated by the two eccentric shafts will cause strong vibration in the sieve box. The materials inside the sieve box are thrown up and move forward under the action of vibration, while being screened by the sieve mesh. Fine particulate materials will pass through the sieve and fall into the lower layer or collection device, while large particulate materials will be blocked on the sieve and continue to move forward, eventually being discharged from the discharge port.
