Working Principle

The screen box of the vibrating screen is in a horizontal state, supported by four sets of vibration damping springs, and driven by a pair of gears meshing to force synchronization of two sets of eccentric blocks with equal mass, it vibrates in a reciprocating linear trajectory along the angular direction of the vibration direction. The material jumps and throws on the vibrating screen surface, constantly moving forward to complete particle size classification, dehydration, and media removal operations.

Technical Feature 

1. The oil drain plug is magnetic, and the external organic plastic transparent oil gauge allows for easy observation of the oil level. Special measures are taken The bearings and gears work comfortably, the vibrator noise is below 75 decibels, and the bearing temperature is below 55 degrees.
