Product Introduction
The TXZD-Straight isothickness screen (Banana Sieve) is designed by integrating domestic advanced technology and combining domestic actual conditions. The movement trajectory of the equal thickness screen is a straight line. The screen machine has two specifications, which can be used for dry and wet classification of small and medium particles of coal, coke, ore, gravel, or other materials. The screen surface uses several screen plates with different inclination angles connected end to end, and the screen surface is in a broken line form to ensure that the material thickness on the screen surface at each place of the feed end is almost the same, which significantly improves the screening efficiency and has a better effect on the classification of medium and fine particles of coal. The processing capacity can be increased by 1-2 times compared with the general inertial vibrating screen of the same specification.
Working Principle
The TXZD-Straight isothickness screen (Banana Sieve) moves by a motor driving an eccentric mass vibrator (the vibrator is divided into a forced synchronous box-type thin oil vibrator and a self-synchronous thin oil vibrator) through an elastic coupling. The vibrator can make the screen bed vibrate periodically in a linear manner. The material layer on the screen surface is loosened and thrown away from the screen surface, so that the fine material can pass through the material layer and fall, and be separated through the screen holes, and the material stuck in the screen holes is vibrated out, and the fine material moves downward and is discharged through the screen. It can also make the material move forward to achieve the purpose of discharging.
Features
1. The screen machine (Banana Sieve) adopts multi-stage screen surface, with advanced technology, large processing energy and high screening efficiency.
2. The screen machine adopts box-type (block eccentric) vibrator for excitation, with large bearing capacity and long service life.
3. The screen machine adopts ring groove rivets or high-strength bolts for connection, with simple, compact, firm structure and convenient maintenance and repair.
4. This series of vibrating screens adopts rubber composite springs for shock absorption, and runs smoothly and has low noise in the resonance zone.
5. The bearings in the vibrator adopt imported SKF/FAG bearings with large clearance bearings. With special matching, the bearing life is doubled, which reduces the maintenance workload of the vibrator.
6. The screen surface is fixed longitudinally, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
7. Modular component design with high degree of commonality.
8. Special sealing technology is adopted to make the connection between the crossbeam flange and the side plate tight, without gaps and corrosion. The product structure, reliability and process indicators are at the international advanced level.
9. Large processing capacity and high efficiency. Under the same conditions, the banana screen can process 40% to 60% more than other types of screens, with an efficiency of more than 90%. It is the preferred large-scale vibrating screen for large coal preparation plants, coal washing plants, ore dressing plants, and sand washing plants, and is an ideal alternative to large circular vibrating screens imported from abroad.
10. The screen plate uses a polyurethane screen, which is light in weight, long in service life, and easy to replace, which extends the service life of the screen plate; the structure is simple, and maintenance and repair are convenient.
